Doctel Health app for iPhone and iPad

The app provides patients* the option to book an appointment and consult with a GP/doctor over an audio/video call from the convenience of their home. Doctel will provide the patient an option to upload their reason for consultation, medical conditions, allergies and ongoing medication details on the app; This information will only be shared with the doctor during the consultation. Doctors will not have access to any medical records after the appointment has concluded.

NHS patients that are registered with practices using Doctel can use the service free of cost.

*Patients must be registered with a practice that has adopted the Doctel platform.

How it works:
Use the app to book a video/audio appointment with the next available GP at your registered practice and have your health concerns addressed without the hassle of waiting at the clinic.


Privacy and Safety
We respect your privacy completely and use the highest standards of servers and protection for Doctel. Furthermore, your data (medical records and information, conversations with doctor etc) will not be available to the doctor after the appointment has been completed.
